Overview

The Heritage and Stabilisation Fund (HSF) is Trinidad and Tobago's sovereign wealth fund, established by Act of Parliament in 2007 to save excess energy-sector revenues, cushion the economy against revenue volatility, and provide a heritage for future generations. It is owned by the Government of Trinidad and Tobago, overseen by an independent Board of Directors, and operationally managed by the Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago using external fund managers.
