A Board of Directors sets the policy directions and guidelines on investment strategies and objectives, risk parameters and asset allocation. Reporting to the Cabinet of the Federal Government, the Board of Directors oversees the performance of the management, with the CEO primarily responsible for overseeing investment and operational performance. Board committees guide investment allocations and risk tolerance and approve investment recommendations emanating from EIA investment managers.3
